Café Sladkovský

Literature Night 2020 / Prague / Café Sladkovský

The owners of the café honour the spirit of Karel Sladkovský, a Czech journalist and politician of the 19th century, a rebel and freedom activist. They also honour the genius loci of its location, which is called the youngest Montmartre in Prague.

That’s why people who visit Café Sladkovský look not only for good coffee but also for the café´s special ambience. For example, they enjoy an evening with a lecture or an art presentation, a concert, or a party. Or they just enjoy the place.
